The important concept of anti-nutrients
It is not always about 'putting in' but instead, the first step is to 'take out' all that is anti-nutritious and stops your body from feeling vital. Anti-nutrients block the action of essential nutrients.
Anti-nutrients include heavy metals, sugar, alcohol, allergy producing foods, stress, stimulants, and all the chemicals found in processed foods. These place an enormous burden on your body to metabolise, time and energy otherwise spent on repair and growth.
