HOW MOVEMENT IMPROVES IMMUNITY AND ENERGY
I love a good stretch and in the repertoire of exercise choices, it is very much underrated! Working from home brings a lot of sitting. So we do need to remember to move, and not just for our 1 hour exercise a day but every hour.
Stretching daily is really important – just watch cats. It warms you up and gets your breathing normalised, increases your flexibility and protects you from injury. It delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues, clears your lymph system (that’s your immunity), and increases blood flow. It improves fuel burning (and fat burning!) in the body, which means more efficiency in creating energy.
My personal favourite go to is online Qi Gong and yoga for a quick energy boost.
